1 October 2006: This is the final installment of the 2005-06 view from "a year's worth of pictures" . . . all taken from the bridge overlooking "our" Swamp River. This was taken at 5:45 PM with a temperature of about 49 degrees. As you can see, the poplar and birch still hold some of their leaves, but bare branches and bleak November are not far away. The next set of 12-month shots (taken from our deck) will be of the Swamp River Valley that we overlook here at the Swamp River Ridge House!
