3 July 2007

My family has not been shy in reminding me that I'm a little behind (what's new?!) in posting . . . particularly here @ Seasonal Changes at Swamp River Ridge.

So, without further ado, this is what the view from our deck looked like at 4:36 PM on July 3rd. As you can see, the greens are in lush display . . . perhaps waiting to be bested only by August's rich late-summer colors (before they tire and get ready for the yellows of fall).

June's rainfall was average this year at 3.4 inches. The highs and lows were 86.4 degrees on the 15th with a 47 degree spread to the low of 39.4 degrees at the beginning of the month.
